The client had long considered using the word “cloud” as part of the company’s name, since the product was cloud-based. Triad took that mandate and suggested the term, “Cloud 9,” evoking a sense of being easy and worry free. Complementing the Cloud 9 name was the
descriptor, Human Connection Solutions™, which provided an approach sufficiently broad to accommodate a wide range of applications for the company’s technology.
